Just as a quick update, I'm Fairbanks-bound this weekend for a wedding, which unbeknownst to me until yesterday I am ushering. And maybe a little water-skiing on the side. This involves at least 16 hours in a car armed with nothing but The Hobbit, my laptop, and 10gigs worth of space to install my old school games. Wish me luck.
